("LendOS," "Company," "we", “us” or "our") provides a unified system for lending operations including loan servicing, deal management, trade management, and document automation. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company processes personal information that we collect through our digital and online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website, web application, and electronic communications) described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers while providing services to them. Our use of information that we process on behalf of our business customers is governed by our agreements with such customers. Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, search history, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
